Hotel'') only.

           correct, accuracy cannot be guaranteed and the Owner makes no

2)        At the present time, no reservation and/or confirmation of reservation of
           any accommodation or facilities at Raja Villa Resort & Hotel shall be
           made by e-mail communication. However, you may address your enquiries
           about the Hotel via e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the Site.

3)        Your use of the Site is at your own risk and no-one involved in creating,
           producing or delivering the Site shall be liable for any damages
           whatsoever, or any other losses, costs or expenses or any kind
           (including legal fees or other disbursements) which may arise, directly or
           indirectly, through the access to, use of,or browsing of the Site or through
           your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from
           the Site, including but not limited to anything caused by any viruses,
